Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

If your order has a problem, contact us by email or through the contact page. DO NOT ship back products without authorization through the return process. We can resolve all issues with you quickly and with personal attention.

Note: For clearance, special sale items, and adult products (like sexy dolls), except they can't be used, we don't accept Exchanges/Returns.

Exchange:

If in before shipping, please email us and let us know what color you want to change, if you need to change the size or replace the item with something else, there will be a refund for any overpayment or a supplemental payment for any deficiency.

If we already sent it or if you already received it, please contact us within 2 days, after reaching an agreement, please return the original package. We will check the product if it is used or whether it affects secondary sales after we receive the package. If there are no problems, we resend the new product you choose.

Ps. Freight charges shall be borne for non-quality problems exchange.

Returns:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

If you receive your product from us with the damage problem, please hold the product and all packaging. With your cooperation and a photo of your package and item(s), we will investigate, offer a solution, and ship out any replacements needed.

The customer is responsible for associated shipping costs unless products are defective or wrong.

Customers will only be charged once at most for shipping costs (this includes returns); Restocking to be charged to the consumers for the return of the product.

All returns/exchanges must be accompanied by the original receipt and any refunds will be made in the original form of payment.
